I'm a Northaven Park resident and software developer with 18 years of experience, a husband and a dad of two. Tech Cowboy DFW is how I help the folks around me with the technology that has crept into every corner of life.

Most of my visits start the same way: a phone that won't update, a printer that went quiet, a worrying email from “the bank,” or a grandchild who is three states away and wants to video call. None of it is hard once someone patient sits down with you and explains it in plain English. That is the whole idea.

I don't do jargon, and I don't rush. I show you what I'm doing while I do it, write down the steps before I leave, and you get to decide what happens with your own devices and accounts. If something is beyond me, I'll say so and point you to someone good.

For local businesses, I bring the same approach to websites and small custom tools: simple, fast, accessible, and looked after so you don't have to think about them.
